Experienced Legal Support
ACC Family Law is a McKenzie Friend Organisation providing reliable and experienced legal support in all areas of Family Law; including Divorce, Separation, Finances and Children Matters. The founder Amy Colvin has over 20 years experience working in Family Law and as a Family Law Practitioner for Sussex based Solicitors.
Through ACC Family Law we offer the expertise and experience of a Family Law Practitioner whilst you retain control of your case and can instruct us for as much or as little support as you require. Offering Fixed Fees, and a charging rate which is one third of the usual Solicitor Firm charging rate for Ms Colvin, we have created a service which is accessible and flexible.

Fixed Fee
Legal matters can be intimidating and complicated, which is why it is crucial to take an informed approach. We offer a fixed fee initial consultation to cover the aspects of your case, and provide the guidance and information you require. Fixed Fee initial consultations are £80 (no Vat). As one of our most popular services, these services tend to fill up fast. No matter what legal issue you have, rest assured that we will provide all the resources and guidance you need. We can prepare Court applications, Statements, Schedules, Draft Orders/Directions, Financial Consent Orders and accompanying papers at accessible fixed fee rates.
